Shipping - Within Australia

Shipping is set at the following rates:

Registered/Courier: Signature required and tracking number provided. $5.50

For most QLD, NSW and VIC we use fastway couriers. This is a fairly fast service (sometimes next day) but generally 1 - 3 business days. Fo SA, WA, ACT, TAS we use Australia Post Click and send.

Regular Express: Items shipped regular express are uninsured and not replaced if lost or stolen. This is not a registered item and does not need to be signed for. $9.50

Platinum Express: Platinum express offers signiture on receipt, tracking and insurance up to 100.00. Extra insurance is available at an additional cost. $14.00

If you are not home when delivery is attempted a card will be left for you to collect from your nearest post office. If item is not collected and returned to us further postage charges will apply. (only actual postage chages will be applicable prior to item being resent)

Please check Australia Post website to check if you are within the next day network when ordering express post. As Mumma Rocks is not liable for delayed postaged via these methods.

Mumma Rocks ships on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

If you place an order on a Monday, generally it will be shipped on the Thursday.

Mumma Rocks works on a "first in line" packing process.

Please contact me prior to shipping for a quote. But generally 1 x item to post ranges from $6.00 to $10.00 to post regular air mail.
